1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using TCGRadius, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree to them, please don’t use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TCGRadius. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. What TCGRadius is

TCGRadius is a tool that helps you find nearby people to trade trading cards with, and helps you keep track of listings, conversations, and trades. TCGRadius is not a party to any trademade between users — we don’t handle payments, shipping, authentication of cards, or in-person exchanges. Every trade happens directly between the two users involved, at their own discretion and risk.

5. Acceptable use

When using TCGRadius, you agree not to:

• List counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items.
• Deliberately misrepresent a card’s condition, grade, or authenticity.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate another user.
• Scrape, mass-download, or misuse data from the app.
• Attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews (e.g. fake trades, retaliatory reviews).
• Use the app for spam, solicitation unrelated to trading cards, or any illegal purpose.

We may remove listings, messages, or accounts that violate this section.

6. Trades between users

TCGRadius provides tools to propose, message about, and record trades — it does not guarantee the condition, authenticity, or value of any card, or the reliability of any user. You’re responsible for inspecting a card and agreeing on terms before considering a trade final. We recommend meeting in public and checking a trader’s rating and reviews before agreeing to trade.

7. Reviews & ratings

Reviews must reflect a genuine, confirmed trade — the platform enforces this by tying every review to a trade both people confirmed. Don’t attempt to manipulate, buy, or retaliate through reviews.

8. Pricing of the service

The core of TCGRadius is free: listing cards, matching, messaging, and recording trades, subject to the limits shown in the app. TCGRadius Pro is an optional paid subscription adding features on top of that core, billed monthly or annually at the price shown before you confirm. You can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. We will not move an existing free feature behind the subscription without notice.

9. Content & intellectual property

The TCGRadius name, branding, and app itself are our property. You keep ownership of the listings, photos, and messages you post, but you grant us a license to display them within the app as needed to operate the service (e.g. showing your listing to other users).

10. Termination

You can stop using TCGRadius and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, or that we reasonably believe puts other users at risk.

11. Disclaimers

TCGRadius is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the accuracy of market prices, listings, matches, or another user’s honesty or reliability — ratings and reviews are provided by users and are not independently verified by us.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCGRadius is not liable for any dispute, loss, or damage arising from a trade or interaction between users — including a trade that falls through, a misrepresented card, or an in-person meetup.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. If we make a material change, we’ll update this page and its “Last updated” date. Continuing to use TCGRadius after a change means you accept the updated terms.
